#RealHR Los Angeles – Taming the Rogue Executive
PIHRA #RealHR Los Angeles – Taming the Rogue Executive
PIHRA announces the launch of PIHRA #RealHR! A high level HR program fusing networking with a learner centric discussion
The HR community comes to PIHRA for the real deal.
#RealHR Taming the Rogue Executive is designed as an interactive discussion in an exciting and entertaining format. Hosted in collaboration with PIHRA Los Angeles, #RealHR Los Angeles is the spot where the human resources community can relax and talk about real life stories, ask questions and create solutions together. Register now, space is limited!
“I’m excited to hear more on this topic,” says a PIHRA member who registered for the event. “I have to deal with a lot of managers who want to do their own thing.”
We all know that HR professionals don’t usually win popularity contests in the workplace (Why We Love to Hate HR…and What HR Can Do About It, HBR, July-August 2015). Nonetheless, HR professionals must continue to assist organizations in complying with labor law and remaining competitive from a corporate culture and human capital perspective. This program will provide attendees a venue to share experiences and practical ideas to be better leaders, persuaders and decision-makers.
Let’s not forget the social factor. #RealHR Los Angeles will be a great opportunity to meet over 75 of Los Angeles’ most influential HR professionals. We’ll be at Elevate Lounge, a penthouse venue in the heart of the Downtown’s business district. It’s one of the sleekest and most modern ultra-lounges in Los Angeles. DJ to the Stars, DJ Dave, will kick off the event with some smooth jazz and R&B, and a selection of appetizers will be served. Plus, your registration includes a drink of your choice. We know you know, but a friendly reminder never hurts – please drink responsibly.
