The Human Resources Management Association (HRMA) of California State University, Long Beach (CSULB) is again offering its mentoring program for Human Resources Management students for the Fall 2014 semester. The program’s purpose is to strengthen the professional development of HRMA members through the shared expertise and real world experiences of Professionals in Human Resources Management.
The HRMA/PIHRA mentoring program is designed to foster collaborative relationships between HRMA mentees and PIHRA mentors. The objective is to pair mentors and mentees with similar backgrounds, experiences and goals, and to match mentor strengths with mentee weaknesses. The mentoring relationship enhances the educational experience and success rates of future leaders. A mentor can positively influence a student’s goal attainment.
Knowledge is power, but knowledge shared is power for change. The HRMA at CSULB would like to invite you to share your knowledge, skills, and experiences as a mentor. Attached is a mentor profile form that can be filled out and returned to hrmamentoring@gmail.com. If you have questions or would like more information please contact Dulguun Bayarsaikhan at the same email address.
