At PIHRA UCI, the Human Resources Management Association (HRMA) aims to educate young professionals on the nuances within the HR industry through guest speakers, mentorship and internship programs, professional workshops, and certification opportunities. HRMA was founded in 2019 by five undergraduate business students at the University of California, Irvine. We are the first, and only, human resources-focused business organization on campus.
