The audience will then have a chance to share their experiences, comments and questions so we can all be better influencers.<\/p>\n<p class=\"h3_left-column margin-bottom-25\"><img style=\"padding: 10px; float: left; width: 150px;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.pihra.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/stacey_lewis.jpg\" alt=\"RealHR Los Angeles panelist Stacey Lewis\"><strong>Stacey Lewis<\/strong> is the Director of Human Resources for the Port of Long Beach, the second-busiest seaport in the United States, with approximately 550 employees and generates annual operating revenues in excess of $300 million.<\/p>\n<p class=\"h3_left-column margin-bottom-25\">Ms. Lewis has over 30 years of professional human resources experience, both in the private and public sectors. A dynamic and well-sought after \u201ctransformational\u201d speaker, Ms. Lewis received her Bachelor\u2019s degree in Psychology from the University of the Pacific. She also holds a Human Resources Management Certification from Loyola Marymount University, a Senior Professional Human Resources Certification (SPHR) from HRCI, Senior Certified Professional from (SHRM-SCP) and a senior professional Human Resources Certification (IPMA-SCP) from IPMA-HR.
