David Yudis held positions of increasing responsibilities across several operating segments of The Walt Disney Company. These positions included a range of specialties and subject matter expertise in Global Learning, Organization and Executive Development. Most recently, Dr. Yudis led development for the organization’s Top 200 leaders as vice president, Enterprise Executive Development. He has worked with senior executives and teams from around the world and focused on the growth of businesses via innovation, global immersion and the use of technology in platforms that spanned consumer products, studio entertainment and corporate headquarters.
Prior to his work with Disney, he held positions in management consulting and executive search. Dr. Yudis’ consulting services have provided links between employee engagement and business performance. He is also a licensed psychologist and holds a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology and MBA from Widener University, and a Master of Science in Education and undergraduate Psychology degree from the University of Pennsylvania.
