  Britta Wilson, Ed.D.

Dr. Wilson brings almost 30 years of human resources leadership experience in diverse industries. She currently serves as Vice President, Inclusion Strategies for Pixar and held a similar role with Expedia, serving as their Chief Inclusion Officer. In addition, she serves on the Graziadio School of Business and Management Board of Visitors and is a Faculty Practitioner.
  Primo Custodio

Previously responsible for leading and directing the overall human resources function for approximately 1,500 employees, Mr. Custodio is a senior level executive with more than 25 years broad-based experience in human resources strategic business planning, and organizational design and development. Retained through six mergers and acquisitions, he earned a reputation for leadership and strategy.
  Elissa O'Brien, SHRM-SCP

Ms. O’Brien has over 25 years of proven human resource successes with significant strategic human resource leadership experience within diverse industries ranging from financial services to health care and is currently serving as VP, Membership for SHRM, where she is leading the strategy of membership acquisition, engagement and retention globally for the world’s largest membership association of HR professionals.

  Mark Allen, Ph.D.

Dr. Allen teaches MBA and bachelor’s courses in management, leadership, and organizational change for the Graziadio School of Business and Management. Previously as Director, Office of Executive Education at USC, he created the highly successful USC Management Development Program.
  Lonnie McGowen

As Vice President of Human Resources (The Americas Group) where he covers the Southwestern Division Retail Stores Group, Mr. McGowen has been tasked to create, drive and maintain initiatives that are strategic in action and targeted by design to continue the strong tradition of a company that has been around since 1866.
  Michelle Esser, SHRM-SCP

Ms. Esser has more than 15 years’ experience in the Human Resources field. She has overseen management of all human resource functions, including recruitment, talent management, professional development, and compensation and benefits administration. She holds the titles of Certified Professional Coach (CPC), as well as SPHR and SHRM-SCP. Michelle has her master’s degree in Organizational Management from Azusa Pacific University.
  Vlad Vaiman, Ph.D.

Professor of international management at California Lutheran University in the USA, Dr. Vaiman is a world-renowned expert in talent management, an academic field dedicated to attracting, developing, and retaining top talent in organizations. He is also a highly sought-after speaker invited to speak on both professional and academic matters to a number of global corporations and highly acclaimed universities around the world.
  Bernice Ledbetter, Ed.D. 

Director of the Center for Women in Leadership and a Professor of Organizational Theory and Management at the Pepperdine Graziadio School of Business and Management, Dr. Ledbetter previously served as a VP at Right Management. She is an active member of the International Leadership Association and regularly presents research at academic conferences.
