Jason Kearnaghan, Sheppard-Mullin

Image result for jason kearnaghanJason W. Kearnaghan is a partner in the Labor and Employment Practice Group with Sheppard-Mullin in the firm's Los Angeles office. He represents employers in state and federal courts with respect to all facets of employment law including wrongful discharge, employment discrimination, retaliation, sexual harassment, and hostile work environment. A significant portion of his practice is devoted to the defense of complex wage and hour class action litigation. He has experience representing employers in union negotiations, organizing campaigns, elections, union grievance proceedings and unfair labor proceedings..

Prior to joining Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton LLP, Mr. Kearnaghan practiced business litigation in the healthcare context. His practice included contractual disputes and managed care liability for Fortune 500 healthcare service providers and subsidiaries. He also served in the United States Navy Judge Advocate General's Corps as a trial attorney in criminal prosecution.

Jason has a J.D. from the University of San Diego, which he completed in 1999 and B.A. from the University of California, Santa Barbara, which he completed in 1995.

Cancellation Policy 

There will be a 50% administration fee for any cancellation. If you need to cancel, we must receive it in writing (email or fax) 2 business days prior to an event during normal business hours. Refunds will not be given to no-shows. Credits will not be issued for use towards future PIHRA events.
