PIHRA West Los Angeles
Mindful Communication for Emotional Intelligence
presented by John English
This meeting is now sold out!
Communication is a soft skill valued in the workplace but often an area where issues arise. Many know they need to improve their communication but how does one actually do it? In this presentation executive coach John English will share a communication technique grounded in mindfulness.
John has taught this technique to C-Suite level executives and entrepreneurs who use it to communicate in pressure situations. Once this technique has been learned it can be taught by anyone to others in an organization to avoid conflict and increase emotional intelligence.
Including being able to use and share the Mindful Communication Technique, here are 3 key takeaways you’ll get from attending this presentation:
- You’ll be able to stay centered and avoid being triggered by other people’s behavior.
- You’ll have a process for making those tough conversations much easier.
- You’ll get 3 key work relationship secrets to motivate and inspire almost anyone.
