Tiffany Woo is a Senior Advisor for Health Investigations with the U.S. Department of Labor, Employee Benefits Security Administration, Los Angeles Regional Office. Since she joined the office in 2009, she has worked a variety of complex civil cases, served on the inaugural National Health Enforcement Task Force from 2013-2014, and helped in developing the agency’s health enforcement training program. She is responsible for overseeing the Los Angeles Region’s health plan investigations, training regional office staff on health care legislation, and creating investigative plans and other tools for conducting health plan investigations. She holds a B.A. from UCLA, a M.A. from University of California, Berkeley, and a J.D. from Southwestern Law School, where she graduated summa cum laude. She is a member of the California Bar.
