We are so pleased to have with us Carol Marzouk of Leadership N Soul Speaking with us about Conflict Resolution. Whether in the workplace, with a client, or in a personal relationship, we will learn how to say Resolve Conflict in a way that we do not destroy our relationships.
Carol is an attitude adjuster who works with Leadership Teams to get them back in Cultural Alignment. She Coaches the leaders of companies, law firms, and not-for-profits on why they all need to be rowing in the same direction and how they can put aside their differences and pull together for the common good. Carol counsels leaders of Organizations on how best to handle that one senior executive who behaves badly, doesn’t know how to speak kindly, and just refuses to play nice with the staff or even other executives.
Born in Mexico City, Carol is natively fluent in Spanish and English and the only member of her family to go to college. After graduating from UCLA with a Bachelors in Psychology, Carol has kept her skills sharp, earning several Certifications. Carol partnered with Yale School of Management for a five year program for teaching executives leadership skills. Now after 27 years of Coaching Executives, CEOs, and Law Firm Partners get to their next level of leadership through effective communication, she is here with us this morning to share how resolving conflict and communicating the INTENT TO UNDERSTAND another person, even if it took a little more energy, has become part of her DNA and has helped her clients transform their workplace culture.
