The Multicultural Millennial - 4 Leadership Strategies
That Will Help You Recruit, Lead, Develop and Retain More Millennials!
presented by Joshua Fredenburg
Various studies suggest Millennials are projected to make up 50% of the U.S. workforce in 2020 and 75% by 2030. Joshua Fredenburg discusses these demographic changes in the workplace and highlights organizational imperatives to learn more about the needs, wants, work preferences, and unique differences of this emerging generation.
It is vitally important that organizations not only know how to effectively engage and retain future talent, but they have an ability to lead and develop Millennials using new and diverse methods.
- Participants will discover the FOUR KEY strategies that lead towards increased engagement and retention rates of members of the Millennial Generation.
- Participants will recognize why some Millennials stay with an organization three plus years and others decide to leave after one year.
- Participants will find out what leadership styles have the greatest impact on Millennial employees and volunteers.
- Participants will understand why certain leaders are effective with Millennials and others are not.
