Simon Sinek is a British/American author, motivational speaker, and marketing consultant. He is best known for ‘the golden circle’ and to ‘Start With Why: How Great Leaders Inspire Everyone to Take Action, popularizing its concept. Simon is a founder of SinekPartners. He is also an adjunct staff member of the RAND Corporation.
Start with Why is an international best-seller. His talk “How Great Leaders Inspire Action” is listed as the third most popular Technology, Entertainment and Design (TED) presentation of all time. Wall Street Journal and the New York Times listed his book Leaders Eat Last: Why Some Teams Pull Together and Others Don’t on the best seller’s list. Simon and his organization SinekPartners teach leaders and organizations how to inspire people. Simon is an active speaker at large conventions and corporate gatherings around the globe.
