Charting an employee’s course in an organization seems difficult mainly because it requires accomplishing a few not-so-easy steps first.

Mark Ernst has been the trusted advisor to CEO’s and senior business leaders for over 20 years. He has an extensive background in strategic planning, budget planning and analysis, process improvement, change management, talent acquisition, development and retention, succession planning, employee relations, mergers and acquisitions, compensation and benefits, safety and security, and facilities management.
Mark earned his J.D. from DePaul University and his BA and MS from Lewis University and is an Accredited Executive Associate of the Institute for Independent Business. He has completed specialized programs in Mergers & Acquisitions at UCLA; Managing Organizational Change at Stanford University; and The Business Development Program at the Kellogg School of Business, Northwestern University.

Online registration closes on Tuesday, March 19, 2019, at 8:00pm. Registrations after this date will only be taken onsite.
There will be a 50% administration fee for any cancellations. If you need to cancel, we must receive it in writing (email or fax) 2 business days prior to the event during normal business hours. Refunds will not be given to no-shows. Credits will not be issued for use towards future PIHRA events.
