Dr. Vlad Vaiman is a Professor and an Associate Dean for the School of Management at California Lutheran University. He holds a Ph.D. degree in International Management from the University of St. Gallen in Switzerland and has received his MBA in Strategic Management and Human Resources at the University of Wyoming School of Business. His professional experience includes consulting assignments for major organizations throughout the world, including much in Europe, Canada, and the United States. Dr. Vaiman is a long-time member of the Canadian Association of Management Consultants and a highly sought-after speaker – he is frequently invited to speak on both professional and academic matters to a number of global corporations and highly acclaimed universities around the world on topics of talent management, cross-cultural communication and negotiations, and expatriation. Dr. Vaiman has published five successful books on managing talent in organizations and at a country level, as well as a number of academic and practitioner-oriented articles and book chapters in the fields of talent management and international HRM.
