Cecilia Gorman hails from the advertising industry, where she spent 20+ years in creative production, HR and Recruiting. Her life-long love of learning plus a knack for coaching others ultimately turned her career into one as a professional speaker and trainer.
Cecilia is a certified Executive Director with the John Maxwell Team and the owner of Creative + Talent + Partners, a training consultancy. She’s also the co-founder of Empowership, a year-long training and mentorship program designed exclusively for women. It’s been her mission to inspire, educate, and motivate people toward their greatest potential.
