The ROI of Culture
presented by Brian Montes
The phrase “corporate culture” is a widely used set of buzzwords that many companies seek to adopt into their DNA. Unfortunately for most, the idea of having a meaningful corporate culture and actually implementing that great culture often falls short.
The right culture can do wonders for organizations, from improving employer branding to increasing team retention. If done well, a positive by-product of a culture focused organization are measurable financial improvements and business results.
The ROI of Culture will explore –
1. What makes a culture great (hint – it’s different for every company!)
2. How do we strategically and intentionally design a culture that delivers a meaningful impact?
3. Overcoming the challenges of implementation
4. Measuring the ROI of Culture
At the conclusion of this interactive discussion, you will walk away with real life “best in class” examples, practical ideas for rapid implementation and a renewed passion to lead your company through cultural and organizational innovation.
