"Yes and,"
Enhancing Your Communication and Relationship Skills
Through Improv!
presented by Amey Goerlich

Happy employees means less turnover. Changing your response to yes, and, the foundation of improv, has been shown to get employees engaged and energized around one another with lasting effects. Learn how using “yes, and” can help improve active listening skills, build more cohesive and supportive teams and create a more positive work environment. In 75 minutes we’ll show you how you can turn your talent into mind readers who care about each others’ and the company’s goals and mission.
