Is It The End Of The Gig Economy As We Know It?
Independent Contractors After Dynamex
presented by Dan Forman
After the landmark decision Dynamex Operations West, Inc. v. The Superior Court of Los Angeles County, it became riskier for companies to engage independent contractors. More than ever, companies in California need to review worker classifications to ensure compliance with new law. Mr. Forman will discuss the Dynamex decision and recent court rulings. The interactive presentation will include discussion on impacts to the gig economy and potential solutions to minimize risk for employers.
