So You Want to be Leader:
A Journey to Successful Leadership

by Dr. Al Restivo

The organizations are filled with those who aspire to lead. Those who wish to lead have the responsibility to develop their leadership skills not only for their own benefit but, also for those who they wish to lead and who will ultimately follow them. Followers want leaders who make decisions decisively and inclusively, interpret situations with rational and emotional intelligence, and exude confidence and humility.

So You Want to be a Leader: A Journey to Successful Leadership is about vision, charisma, likability, communication, and other essential characteristics required to lead; qualities that allow those who are following to get behind leaders with confidence in their leadership. Inspired and energized, together they can create engaged and profitable organizations.
