Mr. Fullmer will discuss recent developments in Immigration Law, including:

  • Policy involving the various federal worksite enforcement programs, resulting in federal agents visiting your place of employment and requesting employee records.
  • Discuss legal issues and how to avoid potential landmines as it relates to California’s AB 450 Worker Protection Act; California’s answer to the so-called “Sanctuary City” movement.

David Fullmer is a partner at Wolfsdorf Rosenthal and a leading Business Immigration Attorney. For over 20 years, he has advised numerous corporate executives, IT professionals, scientists, scholars and high profile members of the entertainment industry and the organizations who employ them, in obtaining temporary work visas and green cards. David assists companies in worksite enforcement both by guiding them through proactive self-audits and representing companies that are audited, inspected or raided by ICE (Immigration & Customs Enforcement). David frequently speaks and trains on Immigration issues and policy with a special focus on issues that affect employers. Networking is part of David's DNA and he loves to meet the leaders of all fields to create mutually beneficial connections. (If you are open to coming to Santa Monica, David is open to meeting) David has a special place in his heart for the "Dreamers" and is passionate about giving time to Pro Bono clinics to assist these amazing young people. Cancellation Policy

There will be a 50% administration fee for any cancellation. If you need to cancel, we must receive it in writing (email or fax) 2 business days prior to an event during normal business hours. Refunds will not be given to no-shows. Credits will not be issued for use towards future PIHRA events.
