Matthew Castle, University of Southern California
Matt Castle is a data geek and strategist working for the University of Southern California (USC) as a Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Analyst. He supports the HR team from a systems and strategic reporting perspective, ensuring that their data tells meaningful stories. Prior to working at USC he was a leader in the global implementation of an HRIS for World Vision International, which covered approximately 36,000 employees in 84 countries. This year Matt will be completing an Executive Master of Leadership degree through USC's Price School of Public Policy, and when he’s not studying or making the world a better place using HR data Matt enjoys spending time with his wife and three young kids.
