How to Create, Deploy and Lead a Successful Journey to Re-Engage Employees
The most profitable companies in the world have the highest levels of employee engagement, as engaged employees are more productive, more creative, provide better customer service, stay longer, and give you unparalleled discretionary effort. However, 87% of global workers are not engaged.
In spite of the fact that billions of dollars have been spent on employee engagement and 87% of C-Suite executives recognize that disengaged employees are among the biggest threats to their business, dysfunctional workplace cultures still reign supreme. Why? Because traditional approaches to employee engagement don’t work, yet they are still embraced by most companies.
In this session, you’ll learn a new and innovative approach to employee engagement that is proven to re-engage your most valuable asset and drive enormous levels of business success. You’ll leave the session with a step-by-step game plan you can implement immediately, and with inspiration to achieve or exceed your employee engagement goals.

Jill is Founder & President of Jill Christensen International, and has served as the head of global Internal Communications at both Avaya and Western Union. She is a best-selling author and international keynote speaker, holds a Six Sigma Green Belt, and was named a Top 100 Global Employee Engagement Influencer for 2017.
With three decades of consulting, speaking, and in-the-trenches global Fortune 500 executive-level experience, Jill’s view is radically different. She shares with listeners that although Human Resources “owns” culture change, they do not own culture change. Employees will not re-engage unless senior leaders and managers change the way they lead the company and their teams.
She works with the best and brightest leaders around the world to re-engage employees, improve productivity, retention, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth. Her clients include: Novartis, ARROW, Crocs, TIAA, ACT, CSG International, the Colorado Governor’s Office of IT, and numerous non-profit organizations.
Jill’s proven approach to increase employee engagement has led her to speak throughout the United States, Canada, Singapore, Malaysia and India. Jill grew up in multiple U.S. states, but now calls Denver, CO, her home thanks to the incredible mountains and skiing, and her love of U.S. football.
