Fact or Fiction: What You Must Consider in Reasonably Accommodating Your Workforce


Reasonable Accommodation, Interactive Process, and Job Restructuring are all terms that Human Resource Professionals must know. However, the misapplication of what the law requires leaves employers exposed to liability, and employees out of meaningful work. Through case studies of employers who landed themselves in hot water, we will explain the dos and don’ts of accommodation, and provide you with the tools to confidently facilitate the process.

Cancellation Policy

There will be a 50% administration fee for any cancellation. If you need to cancel, we must receive it in writing (email or fax) 2 business days prior to an event during normal business hours. Refunds will not be given to no-shows. Credits will not be issued for use towards future PIHRA events.
