Jennifer Cummings-Martin, SPHR, SHRM-SCP

Jennifer Cummings-Martin, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, is PIHRA Burbank/Glendale District’s Professional Development Chair. Her career has spanned many industries and organizations including: Apple, NASA-JPL, Disney ABC Television Group, JCM Consulting, and Saint Kateri Tekakwitha Catholic Church. She is a strategic thinker and tactician with the ability to communicate vision, and develop and manage human assets in successfully executing initiatives while maintaining focus on P & L impact.




Cathy Gee, Burnham Benefits

Cathy Gee, Vice President, Burnham Benefits, develops new business and enhances the benefit platforms of current clients to keep up with emerging products and services. She specializes in benefit process design including online, outsourced, and other strategies to lower costs related to the administration of complex benefit plans. Cathy provides advanced consulting on compliance with ERISA, ACA, and labor laws, as well as general human resource practices. She focuses on blending benefit plan design, administration and implementation with the client’s needs, in house expertise, and finances.




This program has been approved for 1.25 Professional Development Credits (PDCs), towards SHRM-CP and SHRM-SCP, through the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM).
