Where can I find the activity ID number for each session?
Each session is approved with an individual credit hour activity ID. The activity ID number will be listed in the session description on each session page. In the agenda on the home page, click the button for your session to access the session page and scroll down. Each session is approved with an individual credit hour activity ID. You will also receive an email by November 1 with a list of the sessions you streamed including each activity ID.

How do I find the handouts for the sessions?
Related documents and handouts for each session, if provided by the presenter, can be downloaded from the session page. From the agenda on the home page, click the button for your session to access the session page and scroll down.

How do I complete my attendee profile?
Click the “Edit Personal” button on the My Schedule page
How do I add my photo?
Add your headshot through the Update Profile button
How do I change my password?
A password is not required for this event. Use the access email you received to access the platform. If you are not able to find your access email, let us know by sending an email to programs@pihra.org and we will send you a new copy.
How do I control my privacy in the event platform?
From the My Schedule page in the event site, click on your headshot or profile circle in the upper left side of the page header, next to the notification bell. You will find a settings menu to control your privacy and notification settings.
Where do I find my notifications?
You will see a bell icon in the upper right side of the header next to your headshot or profile circle. This is where you will find interactions from other event attendees.
How do I find other attendees to send messages or request meetings?
This event offers the opportunity to network and connect virtually with other event attendees and sponsors. Visit the Attendees page in the virtual platform to search and interact with others. Click on someone’s profile tile to access your options such as Send Message, Request Chat, and Request Live New Meeting.
How does the chat feature work?
On the bottom right of each page you will see your chat box button. You have several great options in this chat features:
Chat – general chat for the page you are currently visiting, including sessions
People – opens option for Private Chats, Group Chats, and to Search Users
- Private Chats – search and invite another person to a private chat
- Group Chats – create a private group chat with other attendees
- Search Users – search for other users by name to invite them to a private or group chat
Private and Group Chats will follow you with your chat box to all pages of the event platform.
I can't hear the sessions?
Each session video window has a volume control. Check that setting and turn up the volume. If this doesn’t work, visit one of the three Help Desk video rooms available in the Schedule.
Session Questions
How do I join a live session?
You will find the full schedule on the My Schedule page. Click the button next to the session you would like to attend.
Will I have access to all of the sessions during and after the virtual event?
Yes! You can access all live stream sessions on the day of the event during their live broadcast time. On November 1, the session recordings will be available on the Video On Demand page, including the 4 live stream sessions and 4 recorded On Demand sessions. The sessions will be available until December 31, 2021, on the Video On Demand page.
Can I ask questions and interact with speakers?
Yes, just like an in-person conference, speakers will be live during their scheduled live session so you can ask questions and interact with both the speaker and others attending the session. You can use the session chat box to ask questions for the live Q&A portion of the session.
How do I access the On Demand Sessions?
The sessions will be available On Demand by November 1, 2021. On Demand videos can be found on the Video On Demand page in the virtual event platform. These will be available for viewing until December 31, 2021.
Recertification Questions
How many recertification credits will I receive?
CELU21 is approved for up to 8.0 General and 8.0 California-specific recertification credit hours from HRCI and 8.0 PDCs for the SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP. Each session has a unique Program ID. You will find the Program ID in the session description on the session viewing page. Access each session in the My Schedule section on this page. Sessions will be available to view On Demand within 24 hours of original broadcast on the Video On Demand page so you can view all 8 hours of content.
What type of PDC credits will I be eligible to receive?
Sessions are approved for 8 PDCs for HRCI and SHRM. PIHRA is a State Bar of California MCLE approved provider.

Virtual Exhibit Hall Questions
How do I access the Virtual Trade Show booths?
Visit the Exhibits page from the virtual event site main menu to find the exhibitor search page. Click on an exhibitor’s tile to access their virtual exhibit booth. On the virtual exhibit booth page you will have the option to review information, send a message, and visit them in a video chat room.
Will there be any prizes?

Simply visit all virtual exhibit booths.
- Go to the Exhibits menu to see who is exhibiting
- Click in to all exhibitor virtual booths to view their information
All attendees that visit all exhibitors will be entered to win. The winner will be announced on Friday, October 29.
And while you are there, you may find additional prize opportunities from the exhibitors.
