About PIHRA Emerging Leaders
PIHRA Emerging Leaders (formerly Young Professionals or #YP) exists to engage, equip and encourage emerging professionals who are actively working in or are interested in Human Resources. We invest in future HR leaders, giving them the opportunity to build a network within their own community and with more seasoned HR professionals.
This committee is designed to invest in the future leaders of the HR profession, most importantly, giving them the opportunity to build a network within their own community, and with more seasoned HR professionals. PIHRA Emerging Leaders provide the visibility and the tools necessary to help empower emerging HR pros and emerging leaders to become successful change agents.

Emerging Leaders (EL) are the future of PIHRA and the HR profession. Our mission statement is: The PIHRA Emerging Leaders Committee exists to engage, equip and encourage emerging professionals who are actively working in or are interested in Human Resources.
