Sexuality and Diversity in the Workplace!

Gender equality, trans-gender issues, fair-pay, and sexual harassment are among the topics that have HR profes-sionals on high-alert. This “sexual evolution” changes the scope of HR in managing issues of communication and addressing harassment and discrimination in the workplace. Conversations that were once taboo, are now essential for creating a safe and healthy workplace where all employees feel valued and respected. This program examines both the interpersonal and the legal components of this emerging aspect of Human Capital Management.
