Through storytelling, activities and examples, this session will explore some of that programming, and the impact on our daily personal and professional lives.

Ruth Bond, The Walt Disney Company
With more than thirty years’ experience, Ruth is skilled in many different areas of Human Resources – diversity & Inclusion, organizational development, training & development, recruiting, and executive coaching. She has contributed to a broad range of developing businesses, together with start-ups, merger and acquisitions where the establishment of brand and culture is a key success factor, and business closure.
As a natural born tumbleweed, her professional career has led Ruth to gain considerable intercultural knowledge through work in UK, Europe, the Middle and Far East, and in North America.
Ruth currently works for The Walt Disney Company as part of the Talent Management team and was most recently the executive responsible for the global diversity initiative focused on women.
Born and educated in the UK, Ruth is a naturalized US citizen, speaks English and French, and lives in California.
This program has been approved for 1.25 Professional Development Credits (PDCs), towards SHRM-CP and SHRM-SCP, through the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).

There will be a 50% administration fee for any cancellation. If you need to cancel, we must receive it in writing (email or fax) 2 business days prior to an event during normal business hours. Refunds will not be given to no-shows. Credits will not be issued for use towards future PIHRA events.
