How HR Professionals Can Help Eradicate Toxic Work Behaviors
We have heard so much about bullying and the toxic work environment, but what is a toxic work environment and why is it important for HR professionals to recognize the signs of organizational toxicity? How can HR professionals help eradicate toxicity and toxic behaviors? It is more important today than ever for human resources professionals to understand the nature of organizational toxicity and how the work environment can actually inspire toxic behaviors that range from backstabbing and gossiping to bullying and violence.
During this seminar, Dr. Carlock, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, will explain the organizational components that lead to a toxic work environment and offer practical advice about what human resources professionals can do to help reduce the resulting toxic work behaviors. Time will be allotted for question and answers.
