Caroline Hernandez, PHR, SHRM-CP, Insperity
Caroline Hernandez is a Senior Human Resource Specialist with Insperity with over 18 years of experience in Human Resources. She holds a PHR (since 2000) and a SHRM-CP certification. Caroline has also completed certificate programs in Human Resource Management and Advanced Human Resource Management. She has served as an in-house HR primarily within the financial industry and now in an HR Advisor role. As an HR practitioner, her focus is on employment law, training and development, recruitment and selection, and employee relations. She has written several Insperity Blogs on various HR employment matters.
