HR's Role in Organizational Change
In this interactive session, Stacey Girdner will share about organizational change, the change process, and how you as an HR leader can help your workforce so they don’t take a dive but instead thrive amidst the chaos of an ever-changing business environment. If the leaders in your organization are initiating any form of change and could benefit by understanding what to expect from themselves and others and how to accelerate change, this is the session to attend. There are enough surprises when executing change – don’t let a lack of knowledge of what to expect be one of them.
Key take aways:
- a definition of organizational change,
- the emotional cycle experienced by those leading the change,
- the emotional response by those on whom change is being imposed, and
- what organizations can do to ease the pain of change.
11:30am - 12:00pm: Networking
12:00pm - 12:30pm: Announcements
12:30pm - 1:30pm: Speaker Presentation
