Change Management - Breaking the Mold

 

Learn how to motivate employees to embrace the changes necessary to move forward as an organization. Change is never easy but we in human resources can do our part to ease the stress it causes for our employees. Chuck will draw on his years of management experience at the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power as their Director of Employee Services.

Chuck Kokoska, Adjunct Business Professor, Antelope Valley College

Chuck Kokoska has been an Adjunct Instructor at Antelope Valley College in their Business Department for almost 17 years. His expertise in business was honed at the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power where he was the Director of various departments including Employee Services, Corporate Health and Safety and Internal Generation. Chuck brings a special mix of theoretical and practical to the table and enjoys sharing his business experience with others.

This program has been approved for 1.25 Professional Development Credits (PDCs), towards SHRM-CP and SHRM-SCP, through the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).

Cancellation Policy

There will be a 50% administration fee for any cancellations. If you need to cancel, we must receive it in writing (email or fax) 2 business days prior to the event during normal business hours. Refunds will not be given to no-shows. Credits will not be issued for use towards future PIHRA events.
