Chris Olmstead, Partner, Ogletree & Deakins
Chris Olmsted is an attorney and partner with the law firm Ogletree & Deakins. He provides labor law compliance counseling to businesses. His practice also focuses on the defense of employers in a variety of legal matters, including state and federal court litigation, administrative claims filed with the Labor Commissioner, the Department of Fair Employment and Housing, the EEOC, and the Employment Development Department. He is frequently an invited speaker for various industry groups, and regularly publishes employment law articles. Mr. Olmsted received his J.D. degree from Loyola Law School Los Angeles and his B.A. degree from the University of California, Berkeley.
This program has been approved for 1.25 Professional Development Credits (PDCs), towards SHRM-CP and SHRM-SCP, through the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
