The Updated ACA - What HR Professionals Need to Know For Effective Implementation
It’s finally time to process that PPACA reporting to the IRS. What other requirements are we subject to for the rest of 2016? Will the Cadillac tax be repealed? What happened to the automatic election mandate for large employers? In this session, we will discuss what is new with the Affordable Care Act and how it continues to affect employee, employers, and HR professionals. The program will also include an update on other new developments that impact health benefit plan implementation and compliance.

Marilyn Monahan, Monahan Law Office
Marilyn A. Monahan specializes in employee benefits (with an emphasis on health and welfare plans) and insurance corporate and regulatory law. Marilyn began her career as a litigator. She has represented parties in a variety of cases, involving product liability, professional malpractice, contract, and ERISA claims. Her experience includes handling matters before the federal and state trial and appellate courts, as well as arbitrations and mediations.

Cancellation Policy
There will be a 50% administration fee for any cancellation. If you need to cancel, we must receive it in writing (email or fax) 2 business days prior to an event during normal business hours. Refunds will not be given to no-shows. Credits will not be issued for use towards future PIHRA events.
