Resumes - A Critical Screening Tool
When sourcing and evaluating during the recruitment process, the résumé is one of the core screening documents. During this session, key indicators of success will be explored as well as “red flags” that suggest caution. Participants will learn how to identify indicators of needed KSAs during the initial applicant document screening process to enhance the workforce’s ability to achieve the organization’s goals and objectives

Mery Propster, specializes in organizational change management through her consulting firm, Segue Solutions. Prior to retiring in 2000, she spent over three decades in HR management at two Fortune 50 companies in California and Arizona. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Relations and Organizational Behavior and SPHR and SHRM-SCP certifications.
