How to Build Your Personal Influence
Communication skills are taken for granted, and yet improving this skill-set can be your most powerful tool in getting more sales, running negotiations, handling workplace conflicts, and being recognized as an effective leader. Can you afford to take communication for granted? Most people think that a conversation is about what you say.
Sharí Alexander will unveil a radical paradigm shift that will forever change the way your team sees everyday conversations and high pressure situations. Influence, salesmanship, leadership, and confidence are qualities that every professional strives to achieve. Sharí takes these lofty concepts and brings specific tactics that anyone can use. The wonderful thing is that everyone has these resources available to them, they just aren't aware of them and they don't know how to use them … yet.
When you bring in Sharí to speak to your group, she will reveal the hidden levels of any conversation. Your team will have a heightened awareness of what is being said - and what isn't. She will teach them how to hone their skills of observation to finally see the subtle signals that reveal what the other person is really thinking, feeling, and needing in the moment. This isn't a magic trick. It's not voodoo. Sharí's program has been developed after a decade's worth of research and training. Learn what master communicators know in this eye-opening and engaging program.
