Daniel Handman, Partner, Hirschfeld Kraemer LLP

Dan Handman is a partner in the Hirschfeld Kraemer LLP Los Angeles office. He is a labor and employment litigator who has taken more than a dozen cases to trial with successful results in every case. He has also successfully litigated dozens of cases through summary judgment. In addition to litigation, Dan Handman also focuses on employer counseling and litigation avoidance.

 

His accomplishments include:

  • Obtained summary judgment on behalf of Fortune 500 employer in disability discrimination case and also an order of sanctions against the plaintiff and his counsel for attorney’s fees and costs
  • Successfully enforced arbitration agreements in trial and appellate courts for several clients in employment discrimination cases
  • Tried cases involving allegations of wrongful termination, wage-hour violations, race, gender and disability discrimination to defense verdicts
  • Elected Super Lawyers Rising Star, Los Angeles Magazine, 2009, 2010, 2011 and 2012.
  • Named by fellow members of the State Bar as Southern California Super Lawyer in 2014 in Labor and Employment.

Cancellation Policy

There will be a 50% administration fee for any cancellation. If you need to cancel, we must receive it in writing (email or fax) 2 business days prior to an event during normal business hours. Refunds will not be given to no-shows. Credits will not be issued for use towards future PIHRA events.
