HR Technology Trends -
Tips From the Experts and Trends for the Future

For many years the focus on HR technology has been to automate and integrate HR practices. We are all doing more with less with too much to do; the perception of change and work involved is over-whelming. Not everyone likes change and we know that every company wants to make sure they reach their ROI when investing in various technologies. This session will equip you to have the proper conversation with your management team and to ensure you are getting the most out of your investment.

  • What are the trending, popular and helpful HR technology programs that assist in streamlining, cost, and efficiency for businesses and organizations?
  • Group discussion addressing the various ways and best practices in recruiting, benefits, administering leaves, performance management, compliance, etc.
  • Focus on useful service platforms versus poor service platforms.
