What HR Professionals Need to Know

This program will be a comprehensive panel discussion for the experienced HR professional tackling a variety of topics, including:

  • how to effectively conduct interviews and document review;
  • strategies for reaching well-reasoned conclusions;
  • challenges in drafting the report; and
  • how to institute corrective action and document the investigation.

Come join our panel – three speakers and a moderator – and learn:

  1. best practices for dealing with a reluctant, uncooperative or hostile witness;
  2. strategies for evaluating credibility; and
  3. how and when the attorney-client/work product privilege can limit (or preclude) discoverability of investigation notes, reports, etc.
