HR as Firefighter: Dousing the Flames of Claims, Scandal and Loss of Worker Trust
Longtime PIHRA EEO Keynote Speaker Glen Kraemer will kick-off 2018 with a presentation focused on maintaining HR credibility and autonomy in the wake of Fox, Uber, Weinstein…and next week’s headlines. This presentation will have something for the new professional and the seasoned HR veteran, as we re-examine organizational structures and grievance reporting procedures, and explore the requisite skills you need - and the tough decisions you will have to make - to comprehensively address workplace harassment, discrimination, and bullying.
