Sexual Harassment 2-Hour AB1825
This training is designed to meet the requirements of the mandatory sexual harassment training, commonly referred to as AB 1825 training, for managers and supervisors of California employers with 50+ employees. Mr. Koegle and his colleague will provide an entertaining and informative presentation on the nature and background of sexual harassment, the proper protocol for supervisors to respond to claims, and the investigative process. The training will include interactive segments, question and answer session and a quiz. New areas of the law such as gender equality and “anti-bullying” training will also be discussed. All attendees will be provided with a certification of completion, which will remain in effect for two years from the presentation date.

Brian E. Koegle is a partner in the employment and labor law department of Poole & Shaffery, LLP. With a focus on labor and employment law, he provides counsel to employers in a large number of industries with regard to hiring practices, employment contracts, wage and hour issues, compensation, discipline and termination matters. Mr. Koegle is a member of the Labor and Employment Sections of the California State Bar and the Los Angeles County Bar Association, an Associate Fellow in the renowned Wage and Hour Institute (Litigation Counsel of America), and the Defense Research Institute. Mr. Koegle has been recognized by SuperLawyers/Los Angeles Magazine as a Rising Star (2010-2014) and a SuperLawyer (2015-2017).

There will be a 50% administration fee for any cancellation. If you need to cancel, we must receive it in writing (email or fax) 2 business days prior to an event during normal business hours. Refunds will not be given to no-shows. Credits will not be issued for use towards future PIHRA events.
