PIHRA is comprised of more than 5,200 human resource practitioners and employers in the Southern California area and is organized into 16 districts, serving Los Angeles, Orange, San Bernardino, Riverside and Ventura counties. Each PIHRA District serves as its own chapter and hosts monthly meetings that feature speakers on current HR issues and provide networking opportunities. Many of the district monthly meetings qualify for HRCI recertification credits. Each district has a volunteer Board of Directors that guide the activities of the district.
