SHRM Learning System Certification Prep Program
The SHRM Learning System Program is designed to present an in-depth review of the students’ professional knowledge and skills and to broaden their perspective and understanding of the field. The twelve week program consists of six instructional modules encompassing key areas in HR Management as outlined by SHRM. Test taking tips are reviewed and timed examinations are administered weekly.
Eligibility Requirements
This is a self-study preparatory class for the HRCI Certification Exam. Test preparation courses do not guarantee that you will pass the certification exam. There is a minimum level of on the job experience and education needed to successfully pass the exam. If you plan to sit for either the PHR or SPHR exam you must register and pay examination fees through HRCI and confirm in advance that you meet exam eligibility requirements.

CA Certifications Prep Program
Sponsored by HRCI and the California State Council of SHRM (CASC), California HR certification recognizes California's unique legal and regulatory requirements by examining the HR professional's knowledge of California's employment laws, rules, and regulations and the required policies, practices, and procedures to adequately ensure profit and non-profit, private and public employer compliance.
The New California HR Certification - Added to the current PHR or SPHR and referred to as the California Certification:
