Glen E. Kraemer Presents: Challenging the Status Quo: Reimagining Workplace Harassment Prevention Training

 

In the current economic climate, when bullying has morphed from the playground to the workplace, and employees are desperately seeking safety and stability, harassment prevention training is a golden opportunity to go beyond the standard “necessary evil” curriculum and implement a more ambitious agenda.  Employment lawyer and harassment prevention trainer Glen Kraemer will challenge notions of what prevention education can accomplish as a tool of excellence in leadership communications. Program content will incorporate new law, and suggested delivery methods.

South Orange County Location is PIHRA's largest Location serving South Orange County. 

Professionals In Human Resources Association (PIHRA) was founded as the Personnel and Industrial Relations Association in 1944 by a small group of Los Angeles personnel executives. They organized to provide a forum in which Human Resource professionals could exchange ideas, increase their knowledge of and work together for the betterment of the profession. In 1959, PIHRA became affiliated with the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM), then known as the American Society of Personnel Administration (ASPA). Today, PIHRA is the largest SHRM chapter in the country, consistently achieving SHRM's Annual Superior Merit Award. PIHRA is a non-profit California corporation whose officers and committee members serve without compensation. There are more than 5,200 members representing more than 3,000 firms.

PIHRA serves all levels of HR practitioner as well as service providers. PIHRA members represent the complete spectrum and breadth of every type of industry in Southern California. PIHRA members have an interest in acquiring knowledge of the most recent and innovative developments in the HR arena.
